| Delivery |
| What is a delivery zone? |
We use delivery zones to maximize customer service and ensure on-time delivery. Our guarantee to you is simple: we deliver your Gem Case on-time or your order is free of charge.
To make such a guarantee, we perfected delivery zones within business districts and neighborhoods. We tested them throughout the day to ensure reaching each address within a zone and within each time slot. That is why we are only able to deliver to those addresses within a delivery zone.
As we grow and expand, we will continue to add new or redefine existing delivery zones to serve as many customers as practical. So please check back with us regularly. |
| What is a delivery time slot? |
| To ensure maximum freshness and exemplary customer service, we use delivery routes based on time slots (usually around 30 minutes) that run from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily. You will be prompted to choose a time slot during the ordering process. |
| What is your guarantee? |
| Your delivery time is guaranteed. To ensure we meet all delivery times, we may deliver your on-time order up to 15 minutes early. Our guarantee to you is simple: If your order is not delivered on-time, it is free of charge |

| Ordering |
| Is there a minimum order? |
| Yes. The minimum order amount is displayed as you order, and is usually equivalent to only one or two Gem cases. There are no other fees or delivery charges. Our price also includes the complimentary set-up and beautiful presentation of your order. |
| How do I place my order? |
There are three simple steps:- Enter your address to see if you are within our current delivery zone(s).
- Select your order delivery date. We will show you the delivery time slots available on the delivery date you have selected; you then choose the delivery time slot that meets your needs.
- Choose your Gem Case selection for you and your guests to enjoy.

| Why am I limited to 20 minutes online to order? |
To ensure the freshest, highest quality product, we only prepare a limited daily amount of our Gems. As a courtesy to other customers who want to place an order, we ask you to complete the ordering process within 20 minutes. We have found that 20 minutes will allow you plenty of time to select your delivery time and choose your Gems. If this is your first time ordering, we suggest you browse through our Gem Cases and choose your favorites prior to placing your order. |
| How can I view, modify or cancel my order? |
| Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will inform you of the latest time you can cancel or change your order. |
| What is the time window for placing an order? |
| You can place your order up to 14 days in advance or within as little as a few hours before you want your order delivered. |
| Who needs to be present for my order delivery? |
| A person needs to be present when your order is delivered. This can be you, a business associate, a family member or a neighbor. We do not leave an order at a customer’s door under any circumstances. |
| What if I am outside your delivery zone? |
| For those customers outside of our current delivery zones, we offer you the option of placing your order and then picking it up at one of our retail cafes. That way, you can still enjoy our Gem Cases with your colleagues, family or friends. |

| How do you prepare your menu items? |
| Every Gem or item is prepared fresh daily by our chefs in our sparkling kitchens. Only the highest quality ingredients go into each Gem on our menu. Whenever possible, we source each ingredient from local growers and suppliers. Our menu items will change on a seasonal basis so please check back on the Gem Cuisine Gallery page often. |
| What makes up the 45, 60 and 90 gems in each case? |
| Each Gem Case is comprised of various combinations of Sweet and Savory Gems. See specific descriptions just below. Currently, our Gems consist of 14 different Savory items and 10 Sweet items. We hope you will enjoy each of the Gem Cases we have designed just for you. |
| What are Sweet Gems? |
| They are a tempting selection of sweet ideas from around the world, perfect for impressing your clients in the morning or afternoon. Our sixty piece Ruby Gem Case will have six unique Gems and is the perfect size for eight to ten people. |
| What are Savory Gems? |
| The subtle flavors in this array of Savory Gems will be just right any time of the business day. With a choice of six different Gems our sixty piece Ruby Gem Case is ample for eight to ten people. |
| How do I judge the size of an order for my number of guests? |
| In general, you should plan on 9-12 Gems per guest for a lunch gathering and 5-8 Gems per guest for a breakfast or morning event. |
| Are there dietary warnings for people on restricted diets? |
| You can view the ingredients included in each Gem when you click on its photo on the Gem Cuisine Gallery pages. |

| Can I set up a corporate account? |
We welcome our corporate clients to open an account with us for ease and convenience in ordering and paying. The process is quick and simple. The amount of credit extended will be based on the frequency and average size of your orders. You can choose the payment option most convenient for you; you can pay on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
