3. Klassic warrants that any food provided by Klassic shall be fresh and suitable for immediate consumption at the time of delivery. Upon delivery to customer, it shall be customer’s exclusive responsibility to store the food in an appropriate and sanitary condition. Except for its express limited warranty above, Klassic makes no other warranty and disclaims all other warranties or liabilities, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Klassic stands for premium quality and service. We guarantee “on time” delivery of each order and allow you to cancel any order without penalty up to the Order Cancelation Deadline applicable to each order. Klassic’s “on time” commitment and guarantee means that your order will arrive at the address you provide in your order at the Guaranteed Delivery Time. Guaranteed Delivery Time is the 30, 45 or 60 minute time period you select plus an additional 15 minutes before such time period. For example, if you select the half hour time period of 10:00 to 10:30, the Guaranteed Delivery Time will be 9:45 to 10:30. If you select the 45 minute time period of 8:45 to 9:30, the Guaranteed Delivery Time is 8:30 to 9:30. If an order is delivered outside the Guaranteed Delivery Time, the order will be fully refunded. Order Cancelation Deadline. The Order Cancelation Deadline is the specific deadline before which you may modify or cancel your order via our website with no penalty. This Order Cancelation Deadline is specific to each order and will be communicated to you as part of the order confirmation process. If you cancel your order before the Order Cancellation Deadline via our website you will be fully refunded.
5. Klassic shall in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or any order by you of the products offered through this website. Klassic’s maximum liability under or in any way relating to your use of this website or any order by you of the products offered through this website shall not exceed the total amount of your order giving rise to the claim in question.
6. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
7. If you have an account with Klassic, you will be issued a password to be used when placing an order.
